be CREATIVE!

Bismillahirahmanirahim,

Alhamdulillah, we meet again. Thanks to Him, give us one more chance to ask His forgiveness and enjoy our life. Almost all the time we forgot to show our appreciation and grateful. First month end yesterday. After had been ‘brain washed’ by Madam Sita, Madam Liza and Miss Nani, my friends and I have come with new spirit in blogging. Sorry for not being such a good trainee. But I know we will try to improve.

Second module for second month in Best 2010. Today is our first day, learning about creativity and innovation with Prof. Barjoyai Bin Bardai. First thing that I have noticed today is every second, our mind keep thinking and make thousand of decisions without we realize it. It’s true. Second, do not judge too early cause you may kill the ideas of other person and make them down.

We were introduced about IQ (intelligence), EQ (emotional), CQ (creativity), SQ (spiritual), and PQ (entrepreneurship). All these aspects must balance in ourselves. IQ has been inherited from parents but others you have develop by your own. For me, it is useless if you have high IQ, PQ, and CQ level but your EQ and SQ are low. You are superb with data and facts but when comes in dealing with feeling, you fail to face it wisely.

Our first topic is about creativity and innovation. At first, some of us thought that this topic was too heavy and suppress our mind. But actually not at all. We enjoy our class today. It is interesting when we know there are so many new inventions out there and sometimes it looks weird and out of norm. But actually, that is CREATIVE. Something that is out of context and some people may say that it’s impossible.

So, what is creativity? How we know that we are creative enough? The definition of creativity is the ability to discover new relationship, to look at subjects from new perspective and to form new combination from two or more concepts that already in the mind. During the process, mind will re-arrange and associate all the knowledge and experiences in new ways. It is process of blending of knowledge, imagination and evaluation.

How about innovation? A convenient definition of innovation is the successful introduction of a new thing or method. It is also known as embodiment, combination, or synthesis of knowledge in valued new products. For example, Alexander Graham Bell was the inventor of telephone, and after that, other people improved the design of telephone and the function. During that era, telephone was only used to voice call but now, there are video call, wiFi and many more. Alexander Graham Bell was a creative person and the persons that improved his product were innovative. They upgrade the value of invention.

But sometimes, when we try to be creative or in other word, being different from others and norm, people will call us weirdo, nerd or alien and look at us like we are criminal. Actually all this is based on the thinking paradigm. According to Edward De Bono, human being has developed their “logic bubble” in mind through experiences and knowledge. When they find some new things that are not install in their logic bubble, their will reject it. In this logic bubble, there are 5 aspects that are considered which are culture, way of life, basic perception, norms and regulations. This bubble is covered by EGO. It is important to have ego to have pride and self important but you have to control it.

So, to be creative, you have to know the concept of creative thinking. The paradox in creative thinking is:

CREATIVE IDEAS = NEW IDEAS = WRONG IDEAS

Hence, ALL NEW IDEAS = WRONG IDEAS = STRANGE IDEAS

All new ideas are wrong because it does not fit to logic base in our mind, and never been accepted before. And all new ideas are good ideas because it is basic spirit in creative thinking. So, all new ideas are creative ideas.

Today session made us open our mind. Don’t be afraid to be creative. Think out of box. People may laugh at you but we never know what will happen in future. Maybe you will the one that smile to them back. Who know? So, keep moving. Try your hard to contribute something to the world.

Monday,is our mock interview. ops,quite scary..heee..actually,not too scary. Its a nice experience and memory to remember..thanks Mr. Abdullah..I will do it and learn more. Keep practicing until I can speak English fluently even in dream..hehehe.. Your advice will be always in my mind,insyaAllah.



Yesterday, I had present my topic, "Stress Management" during the public speaking session. Alhamdullilah, Mr Hisham said its good. Actually I think I can do better,insyaAllah. I'm little bit nervous at first,but after that, its went smooth. Thanks to all the Trainers. They teach me a very valuable skills and knowledge. But, I promise myself, that I will try the best next time..Thank you Mr. Hisham,you boost my confidence and spirit to try harder. I know I have to polish it and improve more.



Frankly, I really feel extremely grateful to Allah because He plan the best for me. Love to be here,knowing each other, learning and experiencing new things. Allah, thank you for give me the chance to enjoy my life. I know, life is sometime hard and make me cry, but I know, You always be here to consult me. This is my journey..all of us have our own path,we choose different ways but the final destination is SAME. We will meet there soon..See ya!! (^_^)

Be the Best among The Best...

assalamualaikum, meet me again..alhamdullillah, thanks to Allah that we are given a opportunity to still alive and enjoy the world.

last week, we had 4 sessions which are Report Writing (Madam Liza & Madam Farah), Powerful Presentation Skill ( Mr. Abdullah & Madam Rusilawati), Communication for Leaders (Prof. Syed Omar) and Grooming (Madam Leilanie).

superb! really enjoy with all of them. In Report Writing session, Madam Liza and Madam Farah taught us how to write a appropriate project proposal and how to present it. It is quite heavy for us but we have to face it and learn it. In my opinion, it is not too difficult to present it but the most important it how you deliver your ideas to audiences and make them impressed with your proposal.

During Powerful Presentation Skill session, now I know. The key word is "PRACTICE". If you want to be a good presenter or a public speaker, practice it more and frequent. You may face any difficulties,but face it bravely and keep on the efforts. Gambate Khadijah!

Not all of us can be a leader and not many of us want to be a leader. But, I want to be a leader. I have my own goal to achieve in life and I know I will face my obstacles on my way to achieve it. It doesn't matter for me. As long as I'm still in the right way, I will proceed confidently. But I must always remember this. Ask Allah in what ever you want to do as a guide because He know better than us.

Grooming!!! something that can make me feel like I want to make a transformation on my image. BUT, it is not because of you. Its because of my path that I have chosen. I just want to be look neat and smart. Not too beautiful because for me,it is subjective for us define beautiful. It is only a perception.

2nd week in BeST.. GreAt!!!

Bismillahirahmanirahim..Alhamdullillah,praise to Allah..Thank You to Him for giving us chances to repent and His love.

This 2nd week in BeST Programme open more and more my eyes. Being in this programme make me feel lucky and bless cause I know this is one of my opportunity to improve my skills and my "world". So that,I can move forward.

8th December 2010, we met Mr.Hisham Karim and Miss Hanani Ahmad. Nice to know them. what a loving and cheerful person. Sharing their knowledge,skills and experience make us think more. In the Art Of Public Speaking session, they taught us how to perform and present a good and effective presentation. The key word that I can get is "PRACTICE MORE". In order to speak in front of public, you have to practice more. Making mistakes during the learning process is normal and the most important thing don't give up and find the value of life. thumbs Up Mr. Hisham and Miss Hanani.

Next day, in the session of Conducting Effective Meeting by Assoc. Prof Mohd Khir Ashari,one more new knowledge for us. An effective meeting should end with right and solid decision and also decide by the members. The meeting should also conducted efficient and effectively. Thank You Prof.

we met again Madam Farahiyah and Madam Norliza. Relevant topic to us as a fresh graduates. Effective Resume and Cover Letter. we were so surprised when Madam Norliza told us this fact. " Company that receive our resume only take average 45 seconds to review our resume." speechless.... Reality that we have to face. so,it is essential for us to make our resume:

N- Neat

A- Attractive

S- Simple

H- Honest

How to Reach an Audience Through Blogging

Recently, blogging has become a trend among the people all over the country. They used blog as one of the medium in marketing, communication, expressing their ideas and thoughts and so on. For example, Ustaz Hasrizal has his own blog to express his ideas and opinions in Islam and in the same time, his followers gained new information and also open their mind to see life in other perspective. If you want to become like him, has a followers, readers and can help inspired people that read your blog, you may use these tips to improve your blog and get attention from other blogger. It is my personal opinion through my observation and experiences.

As we know, human's eyes get more alert and attracted to images and colours. So that, for me, first thing I have to do is make my layout and blog template attractive and colourful. BUT, be careful with the colours that you have chosen. Make sure that the colour is not too dull or too bright and also the combinations of the colours are in right. Please arrange your images properly so that the readers can read your article in proper manner.

Besides that, your may put your blog description. Readers will notice what your blog all about is. For example, in my blog, I used "the Path to Him" as my blog description. so that, when other blogger see it then they will know that most of my posts are about religion (ISLAM), motivation and passion in my journal to seek for His guidance. Blog description is essential for those who seeking of the followers and readers. It helps your reader to know you better.

Have you gone through a blog with bombastic words or too much slang and at last, you didn't get the idea of the blogger? I've read it before. It's good and have nice environment. BUT, I'm sorry because I didn't get the whole idea. There was something I've missing out. I can conclude that, you may use some simple words to make your readers understand what you have written. For me, it is not only about the languages used but it also includes the way you speak out you ideas. If your words are superb but somehow your readers get the idea wrong, it’s useless.

If you is a beginner, you don't have the followers, then please leave a comment to other blogger post. If you do so, the blogger can trace you back and follow you. Some of the blogger have added the chat box and make their blog as a relationship- builder. Actually it is a good thing about blog. You can make friends with other even from other country.

Last but not least, make your post title attractive. Most of the readers become more eager to read your post if your title touched their heart. Same goes to me. I do love read post that sound good to me. As a conclusion, we can reach our audience if we can manage to make our post attractive and reader friendly. Interesting post and layouts also can help you to reach an audience through blogging. Thank you.

everyday,we face a lot of situations..some of them make us happy and there's also kind of situation make us feel bad..how we go through our day when we facing these kind of "drama"?

yup,that's it.. you're not strong enough to change the world and your surrounding but you can able to change you life and yourself to follow the enviroment..to change is to grow..when you decided to change, you actually decided to grow and move forward..

keep on learning and observing your enviroment..take the positive site of the world and implement to yourself.. be nice and good learner...see it,take it...and also love it..but please,seek for His guidance so that you're in the right path..

manusia: kenapa ujian seberat ni?

1st Week at Metropolitan City..

Alhamdullilah..I'm still breathing and given a chance to repent and seek for His blessing and love..I went to KL last sunday,being in my 1st rent house, living with kidah n mash at Taman Desa Keramat..My expression for 1st week in KL...subhanAllah,masyaAllah,Alhamdullilah,Nauzubillah...Allahuakbar..Ya Allah,please guide me and protect me from whisper of Satan and others things comes cross my ways to You..

I'm attending the BeSt Programme at UniRAZAK..lovely place,people,lecturers and friends.. I'm making new friends within the new enviroment..actually its quite different..but I dont have any choices..This is my time to gain new experinces,learning and practicing..I'm a traveler in this world..

Searching for new experinces,knowledges,people,cultures.. All this I do for the sake of Allah.. I'm a muslimah..I bring along the name of ISLAM..khadijah,please behave k..and take care of yourself carefully.. please,always remember if you keep on remembering Him,He will always remember you and help your way..love you Almighty..
